Abstract

Contains a petition of Daniel Blouett to Lieutenant Governor Alexander Spotswood asking that the patent surreptitiously obtained by [Bartholemew] Dupuis for land in Manicantown may be canceled. Blouett also asks that he may receive a grant for 133 acres being the amount of land allowed to each family of French refugees.
