Contains a petition of the [Nansemond Indians] at Nansemond Town to the Governor of Virginia complaining that their land, corn fields, & cabins are being surveyed by order of North Carolina. They also complain that the English are sending their livestock to eat their corn, that they are taking their land, and building their houses on their corn fields.
