Contains a proclamation of Lieutenant Governor William Gooch appointing Thomas Lee, member of the Council of State & judge of the Supreme Court, and Col. William Beverley, County Lieutenant of Orange County, as commissioners to meet & enter in a treaty with the Six United Nations of Indians in the town of Lancaster in Pennsylvania.
