Abstract

Contains a public instrument of protest by Charles Robinson at the request of Thomas Saywell, mariner & master of the ship called the Stephen and Edward of London, to Francis Nicholson, Lieutenant Governor. Saywell protests against Francis Lee, a merchant on behalf of Katherine Fantleroy, for violation of a charter party of affreightment made on 17 November 1691 between them.
