Wherefore your petitioner humbly prays that Your Honr will not extend the Limitation intended for preventing the use of fraudulent copys of ancient Rights to the petr's Certificate, which appears to have been duly obtained, and can be proved to be the hand writing of a Clerk who has been dead above seventeen years ago, but that your petr may be allowed to make use of the sd Rights, as his Father might have done, if a patent for the Land taken up thereupon had not been denyed him, because of some doubts concerning the meaning of her Majties Instructions And your petr shall pray.
