Virginia Ss To the honble William Gooch Esqr Lt Govr and Comdr in Chief of this Dominion In Council John Cosby & Charles Barret pray That no patent may issue on a Survey for Eight Hundred Acres of Land lying on one or both sides the South fork of Little River in the County of Hanover Surveyed Some time in the Beginning of March 1725 for Benjamin Brown of the said County before your Petrs be heard on their Right to the said land before your Honr in Council And your Petrs shall pray &c
